    By accessing and using DreamyDresses.ca (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

    2. Products and Pricing

    All products listed on the Website, including baby dresses, are subject to availability. Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will   apply. All sales are final unless otherwise specified under the Return Policy.

    3. Return Policy

    Defective Products: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective products. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us at [email protected] with proof of defect (e.g., photos) to initiate a return. Non-Defective Products: All sales are final for non-defective items. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    4. Shipping and Delivery

    Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and methods are detailed at checkout. We strive to deliver orders promptly, but no claims will be accepted for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to carrier delays or weather conditions. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon shipment.

    5. Payment Terms

    Payment is due at the time of order placement via accepted methods (e.g., credit card, Debit Card, PayPal). All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store payment information.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Website, including images, designs, and text, is the property of DREAMY DRESSES & DECORATION CO. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    DREAMY DRESSES & DECORATION CO. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
